5th Annual Shot in the Dark Golf And Dinner Classic logo
On Wednesday, May 17th, 2017, we will celebrate CLB's 117th anniversary, making it one of the oldest non-profits in the area.  Also on May 17th, CLB will host its 5th Annual Shot in the Dark Golf and Dinner Classic at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, Maryland. 

Play in the golf tournament and join us for a fun-filled afternoon featuring: 
• A BBQ lunch featuring local celebrities/dignitaries, followed by a 12:30 PM Shotgun start
• The opportunity to play with a US Blind Golf champion
• Entertaining on-course challenges
• A clinic, led by professional blind golfers, for novice golfers with vision loss

Enjoy the following evening festivities:

Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind (CLB) is an engaged, community leader in the Washington metropolitan area serving people of all ages who are experiencing vision loss. Clients of CLB receive service, training and employment resources that support the whole person, at every level of independence and stage of life. Through vision screenings, a mobile eye care unit, independent living skills training, support groups for youth and adults, career counseling and job placement, CLB enables clients to reclaim personal and professional independence by learning to advocate for themselves and address the challenges that arise from vision loss.
