We are creating this team in memory of a very good childhood friend who just recently passed away. LaVonnya was a fierce advocate for people with disabilities so this is an awesome way to honor and remember her.

Since1900, Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind has been dedicated to helping the blind or visually impaired population of the greater Washington region overcome the challenges of vision loss. Our work enables people of all ages who are blind or visually impaired to remain independent, active and productive in our society.  CLB's essential life-changing programs and services include independent living skills, assistive technology instruction, and orientation and mobility. 

CLB is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions to CLB are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. CLB's tax identification number is 530196609.
